As a company, we care deeply about positively impacting local and global communities. We demonstrate our commitment by providing time and financial contributions to make a difference. Volunteerism remains the cornerstone of our community involvement strategy. We are committed to providing our employees with the opportunity to volunteer in their local communities. Each employee is given two days to support the philanthropic efforts of his or her choosing. Additionally, each year our entire staff supports a large-scale local volunteer effort to aid the local community.

In the local D.C. metropolitan area, LexisNexis Special Services Inc. works closely with the law enforcement community. We are honored to be able to support the Washington, D.C. Police Foundation in a variety of initiatives, including supporting the Junior Cadet Program. We also work with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) on the ADAM Program and their National Summit.

The Automated Delivery of Alerts on Missing Children, more commonly known as the ADAM Program, has been operating since 2000. Through our partnership with NCMEC, we’ve helped recover over 695 missing children. You can read more about our work with the ADAM Program here.
